Registered in Hong Kong, we aim to provide easy, direct and secure payment solutions to merchants in a holistic way. It is our commitment to build payment solutions that allowing merchants to connect and manage their payments effortlessly.

Digital Pay is appointed by Tencent’s Tenpay as one of their official WeChat Cross Border Payment Service Institutional Providers. We provide advice and assistance to WeChat Pay in relation to acquiring merchants for electronic money services in Hong Kong, mainland China and overseas.
We facilitate the payment and remittance operation of cross-border acquiring service and enable merchants receive payments/remittance through different channels.
Digital Pay Solutions Limited is a licensed Money Service Operator (MSO) with licence no. 21-01-03001.
We have been granted the MSO license by the Commissioner of Customs and Excise that pursuant to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Financial Institutions) Ordinance (Chapter 615 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the “AMLO”) and we are eligible to operate money service in Hong Kong. Money service includes money changing service and remittance service.
